I don’t normally do BFF sessions, but this one was from a giveaway I did this past summer. Zoey won my giveaway for a BFF session, so she invited her friends, and we got together to take these beautiful images!
I do my giveaways on Instagram, because that’s where I get the most engagement. So follow me on Instagram to make sure you don’t miss any of my giveaways! Click here to see a mini session I did with another giveaway winner this past summer.
We decided to do this session in a field. I love all of the outfits that the girls chose. And they stuck to the same color scheme of black and white. They really pop against the light green of the trees. They’re full of smiles and pose with their heads leaning against each other. It’s so fun to capture friendship on camera.
BFF sessions in high school are so sweet to look back on. Once the friends move away to different colleges after school, they’ll have beautiful memories to look back on. They can hang their pictures up in their dorms to look at and remember their special time together.
Friendships come and go, but these days it’s so easy to stay in touch with friends through cell phones and social media. That’s one of the biggest benefits of social media. We get to stay close to people even when we’re far away. Even though friends may have different paths through life, it’s so important to never forget how friendships impact you. It’s bittersweet to take BFF sessions of senior girls, because I know that they’ll each start their own individual journeys soon. I’m glad I was able to capture these lovely moments for you!
