For The Gram
Tarnowskie Góry I’m still making my way through old sessions and posting things from the past two to three years. These images were from last spring. When I look at them I think how much Ellie has changed from last spring until now. It seems like an eternity. She looks so different. Most importantly, she is dancing for the images!

Dancing Makes Everything Better
One of the best things about this session was how Ellie danced. I wanted a lot of movement in these photos, so I simply instructed her to move. She had no problem moving and dancing around. It made the session so much more fun than a simple session. Dancing makes everything better.

Dancing Improves Your Vibes
I recently read that dancing improves your frequency vibrations for positivity. Just a little improves your place in the university. While this might sound woo-woo, I believe that the energy you put out there is directly related to how you feel on the inside. Dancing promotes higher frequency vibrations, therefore you put out a good feeling. Again, anyone might think this is too woo-woo, but I believe it.

It’s Contagious!
When I say that Ellie danced, it doesn’t mean that it was full choreography or anything. She simply heard a beat in her head and moved to that rhythm. As a matter of fact, I felt like I wanted to dance along with her, even though I’m sure we each heard different music in our heads. It is contagious!

Take A Page From Paige
One of my favorite Instagramers, Paige Arminta, has such a good attitude when it comes to movement and dancing for photos. I love the way she creates new content by simply moving. I have often drawn a lot of inspiration from her feed because she is encouraging and fun. I can tell she has good frequency vibrations from dancing! See it works!

If you want to shake your thing and dance with me for a session, pop me a note here.
