Taste The Rainbow Of Fun!. All the time I have creative ideas in my head. I think this one originated on Pinterest (the root of all creativity, amiright?) I didn’t see this exact thing. I think it was a window display from a clothing store. They used pool noodles to create something. When I thought of pool noodles, I thought of a rainbow.

Rainbows Are Apparently Hard To Find When You Are Looking For Them
I went to 3 different stores. The first store only had blue noodles. The second store only had fat noodles. The third store was just right. How did this turn into Goldilocks and The Three Bears? So, the third store had the perfect size and enough colors to match the blue noodle I found at the first store.

It Took A Little Time. No, A Lot Of Time.
I thought this project would take an hour tops, however I completely underestimated how long it would take to make the noodles stick together. If you are inspired by these images and want to make your own rainbow, give yourself several hours!
I wanted to glue them together, but in the end I found that the noodles didn’t glue nicely but a wire hanger did the trick.

The Final Look Was In The Clouds
The final layer was the clouds, which was actually the most fun because it was like seeing my rainbow of joy come together at last.
How much do you love rainbows? Just a skittle bit.

Hanging the rainbow was a completely different story. It took always as long to hang it as it did to make it. But in the end I nailed that little rainbow so hard. (Wow that got porny fast.)
Want to hear a funny joke? A magician wearing a rainbow colored coat is called Hue-dini. Get it? Hue. Oh alright. I’ll stop.
