Kalamazoo Christian Senior
Mackenzie Wallace WAS a Kalamazoo Christian senior when we photographed her senior session last summer. Now she is enjoying life at the University of Alabama. She enjoyed being a part of the Jack and Jill club, EMU club as well as tennis, volleyball, swimming and hanging out with her friends and boyfriend. She wants to become a surgeon after college, and is really excited to travel after graduation. Mackenzie seems very driven and I have no doubt she will be able to reach all of her goals in life.
The three words she uses to describe herself are sassy, outgoing, extrovert, all of which could also be used to describe her photo session. Mackenzie was such fun to work with! Her bucket list includes going to the coral reef in Australia, going to India and visiting California.
Mackenzie’s definition of true beauty is:
True beauty is how you portray yourself through things like class but it can also be things like being happy and making others feel beautiful and good about themselves as well.
Mackenzie loves to shop at Anthropologie and wearing blue is her favorite color because she looks great in it and it is a bright/happy color. Mackenzie said she never leaves the house without her phone.
When it came to her vision for her photo session Mackenzie knew she wants something fun, just like her personality. She was prepared to obtain this goal with some amazing outfits like a jumpsuit and lovely dress.

I certainly miss having Mackenzie on my Bee Squad. She has the best story. She told me that she wasn’t interested in having her picture taken and didn’t really care about senior pictures at all. But once she heard about this program, she was excited to join. By the end of the year she came to every photography event we had. I am so proud that she stepped outside her shell and joined the Squad. I hope you are doing well and I can’t wait to hear about your first year in college! If you are a Kalamazoo Christian senior, then text me about getting on my schedule.
