Meet the Queen Bees
Who are we? Well you need to meet the Queen Bees. She is Sarah Boucher and responsible for all the hair and makeup. I am Valerie Ott and responsible for the photography and design. Together we are an awesome team. Separate we are feisty women who know exactly what we want.
I could insert some funny jokes about each of us here. But I don’t think anyone actually reads my blog. In fact I’m pretty sure of it. I will give you a bag of candy if you send me a DM on Instagram saying you read this blog post. For real.
Here is Sarah. I miss her pink hair. Go back to this Sarah!
When I have more than one person in a photograph, I always tell them to get close. And then closer and closer. Hugging is always better. I read recently that you should hug someone at least 7 times a day. I must have needed those 7 this day, because I stayed super close to Sarah. #hug.
Here I am. Together we are the queen bees. Our girls are part of the bee squad, but we don’t consider them queens because we are the original queens.
What does it mean to be a queen bee? It means that we lead with commitment and grace. We know what needs to be done to make our hive successful. We build our hive with a purpose. Our purpose is to build up girls and make them feel confident with commitment and grace too.
It’s a cycle really. You allow us to be creative, but SHOW us who you are. You trust us to create for you. Once you start that path, we have permission to create for you and with you. We get energized, so you get energized.
