Should I trespass during my senior session? No.
Here’s a big question here. Should I trespass during my senior session to I can use a great location? The answer is always no. Trespassing during any session is not safe and it’s not legal. However, you can always ask permission to use any location. My track record is about 50% yes and 50% no. But I felt good wherever I went because I knew I was granted permission to photograph there.
So, stay safe. Be kind. Ask permission first.
If you have a location in mind, but you know it is private property, ASK! This could save a lot of time when it comes to your senior session because you know where you will be going for your location.
Kacie was a senior Mattawan High School last summer. This year she is at the University of Michigan and is a proud member of Sigma Kappa. Way to go, girl!
She enjoys being on the cheer and tennis team, as well as volunteering in her community and being a part of her local church. When she isn’t involved with school activities or volunteering she loves to travel and try new experiences. She wants to be a doctor once she graduates college, and is really excited about moving back down south and starting a new chapter in her life after graduation. During her session Kacie just exuded a naturally positive outlook and a loving demeanor. She has the perfect characteristics to be an amazing doctor one day.
The three words she uses to describe herself are responsible, respectful and ambitious, which all describe her perfectly. Kacie was such a delight to work with! She has a loving personality which makes which makes her feel like an old friend. Her bucket list includes visiting Europe, going on a missions trip and going on a road trip with her friends. Her love and concern for others is apparent in all her life goals.
Definition of Beauty:
The prettiest people are the ones who are happy and kind. A pretty face with a bad attitude makes a person less attractive to her and she believes that beauty is only skin deep.
When it came to her vision for her photo session she wanted to have pictures taken in old barns, because she loves distressed and weathered wood, in front of rustic looking bricks and areas with flowers, fields and trees. These were all perfect combinations for the outfits she chose and matched her overall style and personality very well.
